Heraeus has grown dramatically from a small pharmacy in Hanau, Germany, to a multinational company with over 110 sites across six continents. With expansion in Europe, America, Africa, Australia and Asia, Heraeus has committed to accessibility on a global scale. Today, more than half of our global workforce is based outside of Germany. In order to ensure we maintain both a strong local understanding of the markets we serve, as well as an international perspective, Heraeus provides job rotations and cultural training for managers and employees.
